Awaken Your Energy: Breathwork & Sound

Join us for a powerful breathwork session followed by a healing soundbath to establish deeper connection and awaken your energy for the new year. Allison Bagg will guide us through an active breath journey to release and recharge. We will integrate the experience with a cosmic soundscape filled with alchemy crystal singing bowls, planetary gong, and chimes. The experience will be held in a gorgeous private studio overlooking the Hollywood Hills. A grounding and immune-boosting blend of herbal tea will be served after the sound session to bring us back into our bodies and connect with the Earth.

Please bring a yoga mat and cushion for comfort. Recommended by not necessary items might include: a blanket or sweater, eye mask or pillow, personal crystals you'd like to work with and charge, and a journal and writing utensil :)
