About Sarah
Sarah Rose Heeley is a Women’s Empowerment Coach and Cycle Awareness Mentor who helps overwhelmed and exhausted women reconnect with their natural rhythms. She guides them in creating a personalized support plan that reduces stress, enhances well-being, and fosters self-acceptance—all while balancing productivity with rest and self-connection.
Having transformed her own relationship with her cycle and reclaimed rest as a source of power, Sarah knows firsthand the freedom that comes from living in alignment with one’s natural rhythms.
With a background in bodywork and energy healing, Sarah deeply understands the mind-body connection and the role of nervous system regulation in personal transformation. As a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, she weaves cycle awareness with personalized coaching to help women cultivate unshakable self-belief and inner resilience—the foundation for a deeply connected, authentic life.
When she’s not coaching or geeking out on menstrual cycle awareness, Sarah enjoys spending time with her 13-year-old daughter, watching Marvel movies with her husband of 16 years, and cuddling with one of her five feline companions. She believes in the magic of restorative naps, the joy of slow living, and the simple pleasure of searching for sea glass on hidden beaches—practices that reflect her deep commitment to rest, connection, and honoring life’s natural ebb and flow.
