Traditional ashtanga yoga teaches is to be in right relationship with ourselves, one another, and the land through the practice of non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, non-possessiveness, using the senses to experience our divinity, treating our body and space as sacred, contentment, discipline, self-study, and surrender to divinity. On Thursday, November 28, join us in community, in gratitude for these yogic practices and the peace and bliss that flow from them.
