Come together in spiritual community for a sacred harmony retreat experience under the Waning Crescent Moon in Leo, an energetic cosmic occurence connected to the heart. Deonna, Tom, and Stephanie with guide you on a journey of discovery from within, connecting to the self, Pachamama, and Spirit. Opening sacred space with an oracle reading, essential oil enhanced breathwork, and meditation. Dropping more deeply into the physical body as Deonna leads you through a yogic movement practice supported by the healing energies of reiki and sound. After a Soul soothing savasana, Tom will offer a shamanic cleansing ritual to further release any blocks or energetic cords. Then submerse the physical self in the pool, connecting to the element of water and cleansing ourselves through an intuitive swimming experience and water ritual. Pausing for snacks and compassionate conversation before Stephanie guides us through a cacao ceremony. Communing with Mama Cacao through her sweet nectar as we sing her loving songs and meditate with her heart opening, healing essence. As we gather around the fire we will begin to connect more to the heart space through drumming, song, and dance. Closing our experience with a fire ritual, weaving the word, and a sharing circle.Please bring a yoga mat, journal, bathing suit, towel, and any
other spiritual items to enhance your self care journey.
This spiritual experience will be about five hours in length.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
