Rooted in the wisdom of animism the nature of this journey invites participants to cultivate deep self-intimacy, emotional release, and a profound sense of inner connection. Awaken the Inner Sacred is an immersive healing workshop blending the transformative practices of Sound Healing and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
This experience begins by grounding into the land, allowing the rhythms of nature to hold and reflect our inner landscape. Along with journal prompts to inspire a channel for the voice of the inner sacred by offering clarity and connection to the deeper self.
Conscious Connected Breathwork becomes the pathway to deeper self-awareness, dissolving barriers and allowing the heart’s truth to rise to the surface. The resonance of elk drums and the evocative rhythmic music guides participants inward, creating a space where the external world softens, and the inner world comes to life. Through this practice, we are able to:
•Unlock the Body’s Wisdom – Breath reveals stored emotions and allows for deep energetic release.
•Cultivate Presence and Peace – By focusing on breath, participants quiet the mind and return to the stillness within.

The vibrations of singing bowls and Earth gong ripples through the body, dissolving energetic blockages and restoring balance to the spirit. These sacred sounds guide participants into states of relaxation and heightened awareness, supporting their journey inward. Sound Healing offers:

Please wear comfortable clothing, water bottle and journal with pen. We will begin promptly at 7pm so arriving by 6:45pm is ideal.

10. High risk of fainting or conditions causing low blood pressure.
