This will be a 2.5-hour sacred immersion weaving together ceremonial cacao, heart-opening movement, breathwork, kundalini activation, and a crystal sound bath. It’s a deeply nourishing experience designed to soften old defenses, clear energetic blockages, and invite participants into renewal, gratitude, and embodied love.

We will begin with a cacao ritual to gently open the heart, followed by grounding movement to awaken the body. Transformational breathwork will guide you deeper, supported by energy healing, while crystal sound bowls weave a resonant soundscape to carry you inward. Each layer of the journey invites you home to yourself and the wisdom of your heart.
Meet your instructor:
Lauren Chavez is a multidimensional healing arts practitioner devoted to guiding others back to their innate power, clarity, and light. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Certified Hypnotist, Akashic Records Practitioner, and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. Through her unique fusion of energy work, movement, and soul-level guidance, Lauren creates sacred spaces for deep transformation, embodiment, and remembrance.
