**🌍 Awaken the Earth**
*Ecstatic Dance for the Spring Equinox* 🌸
Το Σάββατο 16 Μαρτίου, σας προσκαλούμε να ξυπνήσουμε μαζί με τη γη, σε μια μοναδική εμπειρία Ecstatic Dance, στο Yeelen. Η Εαρινή Ισημερία πλησιάζει και με αυτήν η αναγέννηση της φύσης, το φως και η ενέργεια της άνοιξης φέρνουν μια νέα αρχή. ✨
Θα ξεκινήσουμε με το Opening Circle, όπου η Sissy Pintela θα μας ταξιδέψει μέσα από μια χορογραφία εμπνευσμένη από τον τελετουργικό χορό της μάσκας "Kakilambe" 🪗, γεμάτη από συμβολισμούς αφιερωμένους στη ζωή, την ανάπτυξη των καλλιεργειών και τη γέννηση. Ο Stefano Attanasio θα ενισχύσει την ατμόσφαιρα με τους ήχους του djembe, προσφέροντας ρυθμούς γεμάτους ζωή και ενέργεια 🎶.
Με τη μουσική του DJ Junior X να μας καθοδηγεί, θα παραδοθούμε στον ελεύθερο χορό, αφήνοντας τις κινήσεις μας να εκφράσουν την αφύπνιση της γης και του σώματός μας 💃. Στο τέλος, η Μαριάννα Τσαγκαράκη θα μας οδηγήσει σε μια εμπειρία Yoga Nidra 🧘♀️, για να ολοκληρώσουμε την ημέρα σε μια κατάσταση βαθιάς γαλήνης και ανανέωσης.

**🌟 Τι είναι ο Ecstatic Dance;**
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ένα μοναδικό ταξίδι ελεύθερης κίνησης, όπου μπορείς να χορέψεις όπως νιώθεις τη στιγμή, χωρίς περιορισμούς ή συγκεκριμένα βήματα. Δεν υπάρχει "σωστός" ή "λάθος" τρόπος να χορέψεις – το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι να αφεθείς στην κίνηση και να εκφραστείς αυθεντικά, ακριβώς όπως είσαι. 🌈
Καθώς χορεύουμε, καλούμαστε να αγκαλιάσουμε το εσωτερικό μας παιδί, το κομμάτι του εαυτού μας που συνδέεται με τη χαρά, την αθωότητα και την αυθορμησία 🎉. Σε αυτόν τον χορό, ανοίγουμε το δρόμο για να εκφραστούμε χωρίς φόβους ή περιορισμούς, επιτρέποντας στην ενέργεια του παιχνιδιού και της ελευθερίας να μας καθοδηγήσει 🕺.

18:00 – 18:40: Άνοιγμα κύκλου, Αφρικάνικος χορός με τη Σίσσυ Πιντέλα και συνοδεία τζέμπε από τον Stefano Attanasio
18:40 – 20:40: Εκστατικός χορός με το DJ set του Junior X
20:40 – 21:10: Κλείσιμο κύκλου, Ασκήσεις χαλάρωσης και γείωσης σε ζευγάρια, με τη Μαριάννα Τσαγκαράκη
21:10 – 21:20: Μοίρασμα
21:20 – 21:30: Αποχώρηση
**💰 Κόστος Συμμετοχής:**
Η συμμετοχή είναι ανοιχτή σε όλους και το κόστος είναι ευέλικτο, από 15€ έως 25€, για να ανταποκρίνεται στις δυνατότητες όλων. Η συνεισφορά σας βοηθά στη δημιουργία ενός χώρου που είναι προσβάσιμος και υποστηρικτικός.

*Ecstatic Dance for the Spring Equinox* 🌸
On Saturday, March 16th, we invite you to awaken with the earth in a unique Ecstatic Dance experience at Yeelen. The Spring Equinox is approaching, bringing with it the renewal of nature, the light, and the energy of spring—a time for new beginnings. ✨
We will begin with the Opening Circle, where Sissy Pintela will guide us through a choreography inspired by the ritual mask dance Kakilambe 🪗, full of symbolism dedicated to life, the growth of crops, and birth. Stefano Attanasio will enhance the atmosphere with the sounds of the djembe, offering rhythms full of life and energy 🎶.
With the music of DJ Junior X guiding us, we will surrender to the free dance, letting our movements express the awakening of the earth and our bodies 💃. At the end, Marianna Tsagkaraki will lead us through a Yoga Nidra experience 🧘♀️, bringing the day to a close in a state of deep peace and renewal.

Ecstatic Dance is a unique journey of free movement, where you can dance as you feel in the moment, with no limitations or specific steps. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to dance – all you need to do is surrender to the movement and express yourself authentically, just as you are. 🌈
As we dance, we are invited to embrace our inner child, the part of ourselves connected to joy, innocence, and spontaneity 🎉. In this dance, we open the way to express ourselves without fears or limitations, allowing the energy of play and freedom to guide us 🕺.

18:00 – 18:40: Opening of the circle, African dance with Sissy Pintela and djembe accompaniment by Stefano Attanasio
18:40 – 20:40: Ecstatic Dance with DJ set by Junior X
20:40 – 21:10: Closing of the circle, Relaxation and grounding exercises in pairs with Marianna Tsagkaraki
21:10 – 21:15: Sharing
21:15 – 21:30: Departure
**💰 Participation Fee:**
Participation is open to all, and the fee is flexible, ranging from €15 to €25, to accommodate everyone’s abilities. Your contribution helps create a space that is accessible and supportive.
