Join us for a soul-nourishing afternoon of Nia Sensory Dance Movement and an Ostara Sound Bath, designed to honor the feminine spirit and invite deep relaxation, energy, and care.
This Mother’s Day-inspired gathering is open to all women, mothers, daughters, and sisters, offering a space to reconnect, move with joy, and immerse in the soothing power of sound.
What to Expect:

Please bring something comfy to lay on (Yoga mat etc)

This is going to be such a lovely event. Claire will be leading her beautiful soulful Nia dance where you will gently be guided in connection with your body and movement. I will then take you into a relaxed state with meditation moving into a Sound immersion journey with Gongs and other sound instruments.
