This one-day women’s healing retreat will be held at the Atlantic Salmon Museum in Doaktown—a peaceful riverside setting perfect for deep rest and reflection. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the flowing Miramichi River, the retreat offers a grounding, soul-nourishing experience.Throughout the day, guests will be guided through a curated blend of holistic practices including yoga, sound healing, somatic therapy, breathwork, and Reiki. Journaling prompts and a heartfelt group sharing circle will provide space for emotional release and deeper connection. A nourishing nutritional talk and a wholesome, healthy lunch will be served to support inner and outer well-being.
