Ecstatic Dance Guide: Nadine of InnerFlow trained in jazz and contemporary dance in Europe, discovering the power of improvisation through Gabrielle Roth’s Five Rhythms after moving to Houston in 2000. This led her to study the Silent Language of the Body with Pablo Bobbio, a technique she later adapted to the ecstatic dance chakra system—laying the foundation for her evolving movement practice, InnerFlow.
An invitation to move freely to eclectic music from all over the planet, InnerFlow encourages emotional release, authentic connection, and deep presence. It continues to be a source of healing in her life, and she is honored to share it with others in spaces that feel safe, freeing, and alive.
