About this Event

Businesses face increasing cybersecurity risks, and phishing remains one of the most common and costly threats.

This lunch & learn will provide a practical, single-session phishing awareness training designed to help employees recognize, avoid, and respond to common phishing and social engineering scams. The session delivers immediate, actionable value while supporting compliance with annual cybersecurity awareness training requirements commonly mandated by cyber liability insurance providers.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify common phishing emails, texts, and social engineering tactics
  • Recognize warning signs and avoid falling victim to scams
  • Take appropriate action when suspicious messages are received
  • Meet insurance and compliance requirements for annual cybersecurity awareness training

There is no formal certification issued; however, participation documentation will be provided to satisfy most insurance and compliance program requirements.

This is an in-person workshop and lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration closes at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 23.
