Fire Station Alerting System Request for Proposal (RFP)
Site Tour
The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for an updated Fire Station Alerting System for a seven (7) year period, commencing on or about June 1, 2024. An updated Alerting System and related services will improve reliability, expand functionality and reduce emergency response times at PHX. Specifically, a new Alerting System and related services will provide updated equipment and expanded coverage for visual and audio alerts, among other things, as a means for ongoing FAA regulatory compliance. Aviation Department staff will conduct a Site Tour for interested parties on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Please register to attend the site tour by Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. local PHX time.
All attendees will need a government issued ID to enter Fire Station 19. No large bags, backpacks or purses will be allowed and NO prohibited and/or deadly weapons will be permitted on the Airport premises.
