This immersive 50-hour certification program connects with your unique learning style, helping you stretch beyond your perceived limitations and explore new possibilities in mind-body connection, energy flow, and creative expression.
What You’ll Learn:
• How to lead safe, body-intelligent, and mindful aerial yoga classes
• Techniques to integrate yoga principles, moving meditations, and playful explorations into your teachings
• Practical tools for creating a career in aerial yoga or incorporating the hammock into your personal practice and other modalities
Since 2014, instructors worldwide have earned their Aviana Aerial Yoga Instructor Certification, spreading their wings to share this liberating practice in local communities and global retreats.
Who This Training Is For:
• Certified 200-hour yoga instructors
• Fitness and movement instructors with 2+ years of teaching experience
• Experienced yoga practitioners or professionals in related fields (considered on a case-by-case basis)
