Whether you’re a seasoned bird caregiver or new to avian care, you’ll gain practical skills in positive reinforcement training, decoding bird behavior, while delving deep into understanding nutrition, misconceptions, and selecting the proper diet for the birds in your care. Engage in live demonstrations, ask expert questions, and leave with actionable strategies to improve your bird’s quality of life. You will have the opportunity to see how different species of birds are cared for at The Animal Behavior Center and create nutritional concoctions with Dr. Jason Crean to take back to your flock.Empower yourself with knowledge and connect with fellow bird enthusiasts in this dynamic learning experience. Daily Schedule: The times for both days are 9-4. Attendees able to arrive at 8:30 am.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is needed to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel, you have 30 days prior to the workshop to do so. After 30 days, your payment will be refunded if we can find someone to fill your spot.
