Join Schmidt Artists Petra Johnita Lommen and MaryBeth Garrigan in celebrating the importance of the Dark Night Sky to Migrations, Culture, Life and Personal Journeys. This exhibition of bird and sky art 9 years in the making will feature the new capstone paintings made possible by a grant through The Metro Regional Arts Council. Also, The nonprofit organizations Starry Skies North and Art to Change the World will have a table of information. 4pm the Gallery doors open and at 7pm the introduction of artists and special guest! Listen to music and poetry. All who attend the 7pm reading will receive a free poster and poetry booklet! Donations to Starry Skies North and Art to Change the World encouraged!
