The big opening day is almost here! Join us on March 8-9 for our last Hands-On Helpers Weekend before Avalon Faire officially begins. With just a few final touches needed, this will be the last opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Avalon Faire grounds into a magical realm ready for guests.March Projects Include:
-Final landscaping, cleaning, and general beautification of the grounds
-Setting up vendor and attraction areas
-Adding finishing touches to themed decorations
-Final structure repairs and enhancements
Volunteer Perks Include:
-Free lunch and water provided during workdays
-Free camping for those who stay overnight
-Earn a free admission ticket to any Avalon event for every 8 hours volunteered
-Special tickets to our Medieval Faire in April
Be a part of this final push to make Avalon Faire truly shine! We begin each day at 9:00 AM—sign in and out at the Ticket Booth to record your hours. Newcomers and seasoned volunteers alike are welcome. Come help us bring Avalon to life and celebrate with us before the gates officially open!
