Autumn's Medicine: Plants for the Season

Come join us at Clary Sage Herbarium with Amy Terepka for an evening of learning about the healing qualities of plants in the Autumn season. Discover how different plants can support your well-being during this time of transition.

In this workshop, we will take some time to reflect on how this time of year is reflected in our systems, and share our experiences in small groups. We will review both physical and psycho-spiritual medicinal properties of plants like Mugwort and Hawthorn. We will make some special time for Elder as we will share a cup of Elderberry Tea (bring your mug), and meditate on how it lands in our systems.

These events are a wonderful combination of cozy, intimate, reflective and fun. We hope to see you there.
