A restorative sound bath to incorporate into your self-care practices.Greetings! This sound bath will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The focus will be on harnessing the energy of Fall, the season of change. You will have an opportunity to connect with yourself, slow down, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate balance.
The sound bath will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.
All are welcome but space is limited.

The sound bath will take place at Aikido Del Mar from 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Please be prompt. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubby before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space!

You will enter the parking lot for the shopping center. Aikido Del Mar will be on the left side on the corner across Peet's Coffee.
