This workshop is a great introduction to patchwork. In this workshop you will be taught how to cut, sewing and pressing a maple leaf block. Along with additional tips and techniques for patchwork and quilting. This workshop is to make a 3-leaf table runner, alternatively it could be the beginning of place mats, a wall hanging or a bedspread; the choice is yours. Instructions and wadding will be provided. You will need to bring your own cotton fabric. Discuss fabric quantities with Michelle prior to the workshop. Sewing machine, a rotary cutter and cutting mat will be required for this workshop.
