The Gong releases stress and allows the mind to find a stillpoint. Bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag and light wrap for your comfort on the floor.
No previous experience is required. Bring a sleeping bag or mat and light covering for your comfort on the floor. A few chairs are available if you need to sit up. Children who can sit quietly for 90 minutes are welcome. Stay after for Yogi Tea and community time if you like.

Hari Datti Kaur, eRYT500, began teaching in 2004 after becoming fascinated by the technology of Kundalini Yoga, which uplifts the mind and emotions, improves glandular function, and strengthens the physical body. As a musician, she draws upon the influence of the sound current, and often uses the Gong in class. Having personally experienced yoga’s enormous benefits, she is compelled to share this practice with others.
