As participants lay or sit comfortably around the space, we begin with guided breath work. Then Gina will play each crystal bowl for a few minutes each. Starting at the root, and ascending to the crown, all chakras will be stimulated and balanced. Everyone will receive Reiki energy during the entire session.Your sound bath will feature gentle, seasonally aligned acupuncture points designed to promote energetic balance, emotional well-being, and harmony with the natural rhythms of Autumn, from our expert Alexandra Pollack, L.Ac. As your body transitions into the Fall season, acupuncture helps boost your immune system, release stagnant energy, and cultivate overall wellness as you prepare for the colder months ahead.
