Let go and reset at our Autumn Yoga Workshop + Soundbath.As autumn invites us to slow down, this afternoon of yoga, deep rest and immersive sound will help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the inward flow of the season.
We’ll begin with a warming yoga and breathwork session led by Kerry McKay to gently energise and prepare the body. You’ll then be guided to rest deeply for an hour with a calming Yoga Nidra practice, followed by a multi-instrument soundbath with special guest Sandy Graham.
Sandy is a skilled and intuitive soundbath creator, using gongs, bowls, and other instruments to create deeply restorative experiences.
Kerry is known internationally for her creative nature orientated Yoga Nidra meditations and has a dedicated following on Insight Timer.
What to expect
