In September we welcome the transition of Summer into Autumn.
Our Yoga practice will focus on releasing and letting go as well as finding balance and strength.
This session will prepare the body and mind to settle into a soothing and relaxing soundbath integrating the essence of the yoga practice and bringing everyone to a grounded and peaceful state.
This will be our second yoga and soundbath session after a sold-out Summer Solstice event @theyard in June.
We are very much looking forward to this Autumn event in the ambiance of the rustic and beautiful Pinglestone.
