Designed for everyone, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Yoga Nidra welcomes all. The session will begin with gentle movement for approximately 30 minutes, followed by the nourishing stillness. Experience the profound benefits of "yogic sleep" – one hour of Yoga Nidra equals four hours of regular sleep, making it exceptionally restorative.
What to bring:
Prepare for comfort and relaxation by bringing blankets, cushions, an eye pillow, warm clothing, and anything else that makes you feel at ease.
Hosted by the wonderful Emma, an experienced local yoga teacher who specializes in Yoga Nidra will guide you through the session so you feel completely comfortable, allowing the three stages of Yoga Nidra to unfold in deep relaxation, bringing about inner stillness, and a tranquil state where awareness hovers between wakefulness and sleep.
