Class begins with gentle yoga movements to prepare the body for stillness. Next, students will be guided into a supported posture to establish a deep sense of rest and release in the body. Finally, Dawn will take you on a Yoga Nidra journey. Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, is an immensely powerful practice and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. This is for any level of practitioner and will help to develop a deeper understanding of Yoga Nidra while increasing the ability to relax, quiet the mind, and cultivate inner peace through personal understanding and growth.
