This full-day retreat is your invitation to step away from the busyness of life and settle into a sacred space of rest, reflection, and renewal.Experience a whole day of yoga, community, soothing practices, sounds and meditation. Experience the space to pause, reflect and realign. Reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate harmony between effort and surrender to find balance with ease, embrace change with the seasons, and harvest your inner wisdom; all in alignment with the season of Autumn. You’ll be greeted with a lovely cuppa and treat. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to harvest the energy of the season aligning the subtle and physical bodies with natures equilibrium. An introduction to yin yoga for the season, a practice aligning with the traditional methods of moving energy through the meridian lines, to connect with your inner wisdom. A delicious vegetarian lunch will be followed by the option to wander the grounds or go for a walk. A time for reflection and journalling will allow us to consider and gather our thoughts, before enjoying the peace and tranquility of a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga Practice followed by the Soothing Sounds of the Himalayan & Crystal Bowls. Release old energy and welcome clarity for the second half of the year. Feel refreshed, empowered and aligned.
All levels welcome — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. This retreat is about tuning in, not performing. It’s a day of slowing down and aligning with the peaceful rhythm of the season.
