We work slowly and mindfully with the breath to build strength and flexibility whilst generating a calm energy through this wonderful practice. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace in a way that feels good to you.I am fully qualified though the 500 hour BWYQ, have ten years of teaching experience and twenty years of practice, as well as experience in meditation, tai chi, pilates and Nia. I am continually looking for new ways to expand, deepen and explore this practice and hope you can join me on this journey.
