For many of us, the summer months are a whirlwind of activity, as we embrace the energy of the season and make the most of the longer days. Autumn is a time for slowing down, grounding, re-connecting to our roots, and offering space for reflection. Join us for a gorgeous half-day retreat in the countryside to welcome this transition! These seasonal celebrations are a wonderful opportunity to pause during these transitions, harness the energy of the new season, reflect on where we are at and what we want to create in the coming months, and allow ourselves precious time and space to enjoy nourishing practices, delicious food, and quality time with each other. We will enjoy a morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork and time for journalling and self-reflection. followed by a delicious, seasonal Mediterranean lunch catered by Polly's little Greek Kitchen.
