Hello all, I am excited to announce that I will be holding a Yin yoga event at Dronfield Yoga and Wellbeing studio, a gorgeous space nestled in the heart of Dronfield.
There will be two and a half hours of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to indulge yourself in .
The workshop will focus on Autumn.
In traditional Chinese medicine, Autumn is a time of letting go , preparing for Winter and returning to the earth .
We will be balancing the Lungs and Large intestine meridians in this workshop by locating these energy channels and moving through a Yin yoga sequence where our awareness can turn inward and we are given the opportunity to restore and nourish our bodies and minds . We then relish in deep rest with a delicious Yoga Nidra .
These Yin workshops have proved popular and have limited spaces . Bookings have already been taken .
The studio is equipped with all that you will need for this practice . All you need to do is turn up .
