This workshop will be filled with a theme of restoration and the embrace of how powerful it can be to let things go! We will explore how to nurture your wellbeing during this abundant time. We will explore how nature is always providing us with wisdom to grow , change , fall and rise.
This workshop is embodied by personal reflection , alignment and holding on tight to everything that aligns with you , yet equally letting go of what no longer serves YOU.
This workshop is for anyone who is looking to align with their own season of change , reflect on the year so far and lean into gratitude.

This workshop will be full of high vibrations , connection and warmth.
you will have the opportunity to complete your own Autumnal worksheet ( your blueprint ) to take away and to take steps towards your own personal goals and restoration.
We will bring the event to a close with a AUTUMN Equinox meditation.
