***UPDATE*** The meeting point for this working bee has changed. All volunteers were notified earlier by email, but in case you missed the email, please meet at Kenton Avenue Reserve, Kenton Avenue Oaklands Park. We will post volunteers at the old point to look for anyone who may have missed the message. :) May is a wonderful time for working bees. The air is cool but the ground is still warm but not too dry. Join us as we maintain our plantings from previous years, working together beneath tall trees and bird song. Where else would you rather be on a Sunday morning?
New volunteers most welcome.
OHS: Please dress for the outdoors. Long pants, long shirt, hat, sun glasses and closed shoes (inch ants love people in sandals.) BYO water bottle.
The friends will happily provide tools, gloves, equipment, supervision, insurance and morning tea.
