Taking place in the heart of autumn, this retreat is grounded in the natural rhythm of the season – a time of turning inward, letting go, and preparing for rest. It’s the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and nourish your body and mind before the winter months.
Throughout the day, we’ll guide you through a simple, restorative programme designed to support your wellbeing:
🧘♀️ Pilates – gentle, mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with your body
🚶♂️ Walk & Release Ritual – an intentional walk outdoors followed by a grounding seasonal ritual to help you let go of what no longer serves you
📝 Journalling Workshop – guided reflections to help you explore your inner landscape and set intentions for the season ahead
🎨 Crafts with Crystals – a creative session where you’ll make a small, meaningful keepsake using crystals selected for the season and your personal goals
🎧 Sound Bath – a calming, meditative experience to help you fully unwind and leave feeling grounded and restored
You’ll also receive a thoughtful gift bag with seasonal crystals and journaling prompts to support your wellbeing beyond the retreat.
No previous experience is needed – everything is optional, beginner-friendly, and designed to be calming, supportive, and spacious. Whether you’re familiar with these practices or exploring them for the first time, this is a space for you to show up just as you are.
