About this Event
Welcome in Autumn with painted wreaths! Participants will learn watercolor techniques for mixing rich fall colors and painting autumnal foliage. Similar to constructing a real floral arrangement, we’ll talk about composition and balance before layering fall leaves, berries, pinecones, and florals over a circular wreath. Participants will take home their creations and borrow paints + brushes during the class. Feel free to BYOPSL (bring your own pumpkin spice latte)!

Rachel Heiss (she/her) is an illustrator, hand letterer, and adjunct art professor. She creates watercolor and gouache prints, illustrations for personal clients, and hand-lettered signage for weddings and businesses. She paints the people, places and things that are important to her and her clients.
