Join us for an energizing and grounding workshop that will blend a slow flow practice with a calm and restorative practice to combine mind, body and spirit. This practice will be a beautiful transition into the fall season as we build heat and then find quiet in deep restful postures.Come prepared to move through a 45 minute slow flow followed by a blissful restorative practice. Be ready to zen out.
This workshop will be led by recent YTT graduates, Caitlin Anderson and Shannon Czerwinski. Caitlin will lead the slow flow and Shannon will be guiding the restorative practice. Both with provide soothing assists to deepen your practice if you are open to them.
We invite you to bring your own yoga mat. Additional props will be provided but you can bring your own as well. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
