Join us at this new local Retreat venue. The day will take place in a weatherproof bell tent nestled in Woodland.The aim of the day is to slow down for autumn, ground, connect with nature and be present.

The day will start with a sound mediation in the woodland. It will also include a stretch/yoga class with Lisa, a deeply relaxing soundbath with Huda, a mindful walk in the nature reserve with some activities along the way and time to meet like minded people and relax.
The Sound School is the only studio in the midlands dedicated to Sound Therapy.

Bring your own lunch. I will provide yogi herbal teas and snacks so bring a reusable cup and water bottle with you on the day. There is a bistro on site too but you would have to speak to them direct if pre booking is required.
Parking on site is available
This is suitable for all but sound baths are not recommended for people with epilepsy or pregnancy.
