In this gentle, nurturing class, Anastasia Love will guide you through a passive, internally and externally restorative yoga experience—designed to soothe your nervous system and awaken your inner radiance.
Each session is infused with loving support including:
Hands-on massage, Reiki energy healing, sound healing, crystal therapy, and the gentle reading of affirmations, poetry, or astrology—all while you rest in supported postures.
Rooted in Sacred Woman Wisdom, this class offers a ceremonial blend of body, mind, and spirit renewal. It’s a return to your natural state of grace, peace, and embodied Divine Feminine power.

About Anastasia Love
Anastasia has devoted over 27 years to the healing arts. A passionate teacher and intuitive guide, she is certified in Yoga, Reiki, Qi Gong, Thai Yoga Massage, and Advanced Crystal Healing Arts. Her classes are lovingly crafted to bring full-body restoration and soul-deep transformation through sacred touch, energy healing, and intuitive magic.
