AUTUMN REST: XL Sound Bath with Cacao

Are you living in a time of transition? Searching for grounding, purpose or deeper understanding of something in your life? Looking for natural ways to boost immune function? Struggling with sleep and would like to give your body some deep rest? Or perhaps you’re simply looking for a different Saturday afternoon - a good story to share with friends and family? In all these cases - and more - workshop is perfect for you.

A warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao will welcome you at your arrival. You will then be guided into the Shala, where you will choose your yoga mat. Everything you need will be there for you and your own comfort (blankets, pillows and eye pillow).

STRUCTURE
The afternoon will be divided in two parts:

30 minutes | GROUND - As we connect with the breath and the body, we will ground ourselves in the space. This will prepare our body to feel safe and ready to go deeper.

1h 30 minutes | SOUND - You will experience a deep Sound Journey. Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, shakers, drums, tuning forks … will bring your body into “theta state”. In this deeply restorative mind state, your brain becomes more receptive to transformation, allowing for rewiring and renewal according to your intention. Set your intention, and let the sound do the rest.

IS THIS EVENT NOT FOR ME?

This event is NOT for you if you have one of the following conditions:

• Epilepsy.
• Deep brain stimulation device
• Carotid stenosis
• Implanted pacemaker, stent, or shunt
• Have severe heart problems.
• Are on antidepressants that contain MAOIs.
• Use Medic*tion against high blood pressure.
• Pregnancy.
• Less than 18 years old

BEFORE: HOW TO PREPARE

• Bring a water bottle (if you have one) as hydration is important for both the cacao and sound parts of the event
• Wear comfortable and warm clothes.
• It's advised to not drink coffee on the day of the workshop. If not drinking coffee gives you a headache, try to drink less coffee and in a lower dose.
• It's advised to not drink alcohol or use drugs the day before and on the day of the event.
• Don’t eat anything at least 2 hours before the event.
• Feel free to bring a notebook, pen, and meaningful objects.
  
  

REFUND

This event will take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number won't be reached 2 days before the event we will refund the full amount. For any other reason,Please note that tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you can't make it, we can try our best to help you find someone who can take your spot. If no one takes your spot, unfortunately, your ticket won't be refunded.
