Autumn Reset Workshop: Pause & Check-in.

Through lots of conversations that I've been having towards the back end of summer, I've noticed a common theme: "where did the year go?".

Maybe some of those spring intentions are thriving, others got scattered by all of the summer fun. Life just happened in the messy way it does or your ideas and goals you have changed.

September feels more for getting back into the swing of things and so I am planning something for for the first Monday in October, where we can pause, reflect, and realign without the pressure of having it all figured out before the end of the year.

Sometimes, I personally just need that gentle, more intimate space to see where I actually am (not where I think I should be) and to approach the rest of the year with a bit more intention.

Why do this with others? Being around others who are also taking this pause to check in can help to see things with fresh eyes and feel less alone in wherever you are.

The workshop will be held at GRIT Studios, Great Northern, Manchester City Centre on, Monday 6th October at 18:00-19:00pm.

You'll be able to make yourself a brew on arrival and I'll bring along the cake, tools and kindness!
