About this Event
Welcome the fall season with a deeply relaxing gentle yoga practice that includes sweetly stretchy poses, grounding breathwork, guided meditation to befriend your mind and a long restful Savasana with optional hands-on Reiki energy healing. Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation through gentle touch or hovering of hands over the body, which in turn awakens your natural healing ability for mind, body and energy. Grounded in peace, you'll be invited to journal your inspired intentions for the fall season.
Bring your yoga mat, any yoga props (such as 2 blocks) you may have and a journal.
Your facilitator, Michelle Chua, is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and Reiki Practitioner certified in both traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki and Usui Ryoho Reiki and offers group and private sessions in Glendale and the LA area. Learn more about her offerings at: root2riseyoga.org.
