We’re inviting you to hit pause.

Autumn Reset is a soul-soothing day retreat to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with what you need: calm and nourishment.

Led by three expert women in wellbeing—Ayesha (Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach), Donna (Anxiety Therapist) and Fiona (Educator & Nurture Specialist)—this restorative event is the perfect place to rest and reset.

We’ll start with intention

A calming and welcome check-in to help set the tone for the day.

Understand your stress response

We’ll show you how your brain responds to pressure and introduce you to powerful tools that help regulate your nervous system.

Spot the signs and shift your habits

Next, it’s time to recognise early signs of burnout and learn feel-good habits that restore energy and clarity.

Food and mood

There’s a clear link between what you eat and how you feel. Learn how to tune in to your cravings and join us in making some delicious mood-boosting snacks.

Reset tools that actually help

Try out some fantastic calming techniques—including breathwork, tapping, grounding, and mindful movement—that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Reflect and reconnect

Going into a new season is the perfect time to reflect. At this stage, we’ll explore gratitude journaling and how reflection can support your long-term reset.

Guided close

We’ll end the day with a body scan and meditation to gently bring everything together.

Do I need to be really fit or spiritual to attend?

Not at all. This one-day retreat is gentle, and beginner-friendly. Come exactly as you are, and comfy clothes are encouraged!


What about dietary requirements?

A delicious lunch and healthy snacks are included in your day, and we’ll tailor everything to your dietary needs. Just let us know when booking.


Who’s running the event?

You’ll be guided through the day by three women who prioritise nurturing others through life’s ups and downs.

Each host has their own perspective and skill set to create an uplifting space for your Autumn Reset.


  • Ayesha is a certified Nutritional Health Coach and has her own practice. Ayesha’s superpower is understanding the link between food, mood, and hormones and guiding people to take back control of their health through nourishing food and intentional living.
  • Donna is an Anxiety Therapist who combines brain-based tools and nervous system education to help people understand their anxiety, feel safe in their bodies, and move forward with confidence.
  • Fiona is a Nurture Specialist who regularly supports the social and emotional needs of young people. With a gentle approach to co-regulation and emotional awareness, Fiona helps people reconnect with their inner strength.
