Autumn Renewal
Refresh your energy and awaken your spirit. This gentle morning sound bath will help you release stagnant energy and cultivate intention for the weeks ahead.
Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided inward through intention, sound and vibration.
Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
