A spacious hour to Pause and Reflect on your Being and Doing, inspired by the images and metaphors of Autumn
About this Event

We believe in taking a Pause to Reflect; deliberately making time to slow down and pay some attention to ourselves. By reflecting on what we are Doing and how we are Being, both consciously and unconsciously, we have more self-compassion and able to make informed choices about what is important to us.

This manifests directly in our Seasonal Reflections, where we use nature's cycle and the qualities and wisdom of each season to inspire our reflection. Each season we create an hour of spacious pause and reflective enquiry that is both personal, and by sharing some of insights and observations, deepens, connects and inspires us all.

We hope you find this pause in your daily routine both restful and disruptive of your default settings and unconscious patterns. That is what participants tell us they experience.
