This is a Beautiful cozy space at Such a beautiful day shop, which has a lovely yoga room for us to enjoy and an outdoor space if we wish use within our break.
Time to reconnect and rest to focus on slowing down and nurturing introspection, aligning to the energy of the Season of Autumn. Design Yin & Restorative Yoga sequence to reconnect to your inner landscape, relax, let go, and nourish yourself.
Beginning with Pranayama (breath work), intention setting meditation to balance the mind, body and soul.
Yin sequence incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC), Autumn is connected to the Metal Element, and its connected Yin Organ is the lung, while the Yang is the Large intestine. Including acupressure points to enhance the immune system.
Time to connect and rest with tea and Cake.
Grounding Restful Restorative Practice to release and reconnect.
Ending with a healing Yoga Nidra – Nourishing Yogi Sleep
Including a Wellness gift bag
Welcoming save space to reconnect to self & opportunity to meet like-minded people
