Practitioners use hands-On methods to deliver spiritually guided life force energy to the body. *Sound Healing uses various instruments to create a vibration that promotes relaxation and brings the body back into balance. These modalities combined are a wonderful addition to any Holistic lifestyle! Optional add ons: Sacred Plants - Cacao (chocolate drink) Hapé (tobacco snuff) Please note that Cacao and Hapé will be offered as an option at this event. Please plan to bring cash or Venmo if you'd like to add ceremonial plants when offered. Cost $10-$20 per offering and is optional. There are basic nesting items at the studio (yoga mats, blankets, pillows), and you are encouraged to bring extras if you'd like. Please bring any comfort items that you'd like & please bring your favorite cup if you'd like to participate in the cacao offering! :)
