About this Event
A one-of-a-kind workshop designed to uplift, recharge and reset. This special event weaves together three powerful practices, proven to rejuvenate body and soul: Rocketbeats Yoga + Breathwork + Sound
- Rocketbeats Yoga is a system of movement, where there is no set sequence as such, instead you move through different directions: Up, Down, Forwards & Backwards. For our Autumn reset we will be doing a 90 minutes Backwards practice. Expect a Playful, Strong, fast paced and fun flow that's adjustable to your needs. Open to all levels, as long as you have done a bit of yoga before and can hold basic poses. If you're unsure of your level or are working through any conditions or injuries please drop Pablo a message.
- Breathwork is an ancient practice that involves intentionally controlling the breath to improve mental, physical, and energetic well-being. We will be practicing Conscious Connected Breath, a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. By engaging in a rhythmic and conscious breathing pattern, this technique helps you enter a state of flow, where your mind and body can release pent-up emotions, stress, and tension.
- Sound will bring your body to a state of pure relaxation, allowing your body to reset after yoga and breath. A soundbath is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience where you can feel the vibrations travel through your body bring you to a state of pure relaxation and recovery.
We'll finish the session by sharing a nourishing vegan meal, the perfect way to connect, reflect and savour the moment with those who shared the experience with you. To secure a spot you can do it here or please contact [email protected]; and send payment of 65 euros.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Breathwork and Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. Also Conscious Connected Breath is not recommended for pregnant women. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
What should I bring?
Please bring your own yoga mat, and wear a warm jumper or bring a blanket to keep warm. An eye mask may also be nice to use.
