A day to create space to reset, renew and revive yourself. The day will open with a sharing cacao where we will set our intentions for the day, followed by a seasonal yoga flow practice and breathwork. You will then experience cold water immersion therapy followed by warming up in the wood-fired tub outside in nature. A vegetarian lunch will be shared. After lunch, we take a mindful walk together on the land to the woods followed by a break for cake. In the afternoon you will experience a crystal sound bath.This sound therapy is a holistic healing modality affecting the body, emotions ad spirit.
