FREE Community Wellness activity.Children welcome but not essential.
Steady pace with lots of mindful moments as we enjoy the wonderful autumn nature in Knightswood park.
Participants will have the option of using a seasonal scavenger hunt sheet to tick off what they find. We have sheets suitable for all ages (pictures & words).
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. You are responsible for your own health & safety during this walk. If you have any health concerns or other questions please get in touch to be advised.
This event will go ahead regardless of the weather we are given. Please dress appropriately & be ready to enjoy the elements.
? We have dry robes in kids and adults sizes to borrow for extra weather protection. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use one.
