During this guided walk at Castle Caldwell Forest, you will be supported to connect with others, and engage deeper with nature, by slowing to its rhythm and recognising how spending time in nature helps to reduce stress and anxiety.Pauline will share the significant heritage of Castle Caldwell from the past, in the present and for the future.
