We once again invite you to share day long meditation and yoga retreat at the Ananda Liina Yoga and Meditation Center in Urbana, Illinois. (For those who are not near Urbana, there is a Zoom option)Dada Vedaprajinananda and Didi Anana Candrashekhara will be conducting workshops and classes, and there will be kiirtan (chanting) and collective meditation sessions at mid day, evening and at the closing. An introduction to yoga postures will also be included in the program.
Take advantage of this opportunity to boost your spiritual practices and make progress towards the goal of your life.
Lodging is available at Ananda Liina for those coming from beyond the Champaign-Urbana area. Sattvic (sentient) vegetarian meals are included in the price of the retreat.
Individual instruction in meditation and followup sessions will be provided for those attendees who need them. Just ask us.
