Join Boshka to celebrate the Autumn Season and allow yourself to pause and let go. As the days grow shorter and trees turn red, orange and golden yellow, we are being called by Earth to slow down and prepare to rest. For most of us, however, slowing down does not come naturally and can feel difficult, so taking the time to tune in with seasonal shifts invites balance and harmony into our lives. After all each one of us carries the resonance of the ever flowing cycles of Mother Nature within us. Let’s gather together to welcome Autumn and feel inspired by the seasonal changes around us.

Who Is This For?
This event is for anyone who wants to give their body and nervous system a deep rest and nourishment.
However NOT SUITABLE for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl. pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.

What You Will Need:
Please dress comfortably and although blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own. Journal and a pen. Snuggly socks, eye mask and anything else to make yourself extra cosy. Water for general hydration or/and flask with your favourite tea/cacao. Please avoid caffeine 3hrs prior to the event.
About the Event:
We will open up with a sharing circle followed by exploring beautiful grounding practices rooted in QiGong and Yoga, which will offer support during this transitional period of the seasons. Boshka will guide you through breathing and meditation practice to reset the nervous system in preparation for a soothing sound bath. You will also have an opportunity to try some delicious homemade treats which are designed to build your vitality.
The beauty of Sound Healing resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session. Participants will be asked to lie down on yoga mats and get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape meditation. The healing vibrations are absorbed throughout the entire body which triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, and in turn, helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance.

About Your Guide:
Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy has been exploring the world of wellness and alternative healing modalities since her early 20s, deeply inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. Looking for stillness and silence within, brought her to studying Sound Healing and qualifying as a NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Boshka is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing.
